Yes. Stripchat offers a Continue Without Email option that allows users to register with a username and password. However, Stripchat warns that accounts without an email address do not have access to every site feature.
7. Do I need a credit card to create a Stripchat account?
No. Creating a basic Stripchat account is free and does not require a credit card. Payment information is only needed if you later decide to purchase tokens using a payment method that requires it.
8. Does Stripchat require age verification?
Age verification may be required depending on your location. During our US test, Stripchat required age verification before allowing access to unblurred live streams and participation in public chat.
9. How does Stripchat age verification work?
During our test, Stripchat offered several age-check methods, including a video selfie, ID verification, and verification through the Yoti mobile app. Available providers included friendlyID, Yoti, and VerifyMyAge.
10. Why are Stripchat models blurred?
Stripchat may blur model thumbnails and live streams when age verification is required in the visitor’s location. During our US test, the streams remained blurred until the age verification process was completed.
11. Can I chat on Stripchat without buying tokens?
Sometimes. Registered users may be able to participate in public chat without buying tokens, but individual models can restrict their chat to users who have tokens. If a room has this restriction enabled, you will need to add tokens before joining the conversation.
12. What are Stripchat tokens?
Tokens are Stripchat’s virtual currency. Users buy tokens and then spend them inside live rooms on tips, private shows, interactive features, ticket shows, and other paid activities.
13. How do I buy Stripchat tokens?
Users can open the token purchase screen, choose a token package, select one of the available payment methods, and complete the purchase. Stripchat offers several package sizes for users who want to buy smaller or larger token balances.
14. How much do Stripchat tokens cost?
Token prices depend on the package purchased. During our test, packages ranged from 45 tokens for $4.99 to 2,350 tokens for $199.99, with larger packages offering better value per token. We explain the current packages and real-world costs in our Stripchat pricing guide.
15. Does Stripchat offer discounts or token promotions?
Yes. Stripchat occasionally offers limited-time discounts on selected token packages. During our test, an End of Summer promotion reduced a 200-token package from $20.99 to $10.50, although promotions and discounts can change or expire.
16. What payment methods does Stripchat accept?
During our test, Stripchat supported credit and debit cards, PayPal, paysafecard, and cryptocurrency. Available payment methods and billing providers may vary by location.
17. Can I pay for Stripchat with PayPal?
Yes. PayPal was available as a Stripchat payment option during our test, with Epoch used as the billing provider for PayPal transactions.

Stripchat can be inexpensive for users who mostly watch free public rooms and spend tokens selectively, but costs can increase quickly with private shows and premium features. Private show prices vary by model, and higher-priced performers may charge more than 100 tokens per minute.
21. How much do private shows cost on Stripchat?
Private show prices are set by individual models and can vary widely. During our test, we found rates ranging from 8 tokens per minute to 120 tokens per minute for Private shows, while Exclusive Private rates reached 150 tokens per minute. 22. What is the difference between Private and Exclusive Private shows?
Regular Private shows may allow other users to spy on the session, while Exclusive Private is designed for one-on-one viewing. During our test, Exclusive Private also offered Cam2Cam and ensured that only the paying user received the recording of the show.
23. Do Stripchat private shows have minimum time requirements?
Sometimes. Models can set minimum session lengths for Private or Exclusive Private shows. During our test, one model required a 2-minute minimum for Exclusive Private, while another required a 10-minute minimum for both Private and Exclusive Private sessions.
24. Can other users spy on a Stripchat private show?
Yes, some regular Private shows can allow other users to pay for spy access and watch without participating in the private chat. Exclusive Private shows are designed to prevent other users from spying on the session.
25. What is Cam2Cam on Stripchat?
Cam2Cam, or video call, allows the model to see the paying user’s webcam during a private interaction. During our test, Cam2Cam was listed as an available feature with certain Exclusive Private shows.
26. Can private shows be recorded on Stripchat?
Yes. Stripchat can provide recordings of eligible private shows. During our test, regular Private included a recording of the show, while Exclusive Private specified that only the paying user would receive the recording.
27. Can I find Stripchat models by private show price?
Yes. Stripchat includes private show price filters in the left sidebar. During our test, available ranges included 8-12 tokens, 16-24 tokens, 32-60 tokens, and 90+ tokens, making it easier to browse models within a particular budget.
28. What is a Stripchat Tip Menu?
A Tip Menu is a list of activities or requests created and priced by an individual model. Users can select an item from the menu and send the required number of tokens to request that action during a live show.
29. What are Stripchat room goals?
Room goals allow models to set a token target for a particular activity or objective. Viewers contribute toward the goal by tipping, and the model can perform or unlock the stated activity when the target is reached.
30. What is Wheel of Fortune on Stripchat?
Wheel of Fortune is an interactive feature that models can customize with different activities or rewards. Users spend the required number of tokens to spin the wheel and receive one of the available results.
31. Do Stripchat models use interactive sex toys?

Stripchat accepts female, male, couple, and transgender performers who are at least 18 years old. Applicants must create a model account, complete identity verification, provide the required information, and follow Stripchat’s broadcasting rules before going live.
53. How long does Stripchat model verification take?
Stripchat states that most documents are reviewed during the online verification process. If an applicant is asked to submit documents for manual review, the platform says they are generally reviewed within 24 hours.
54. How do Stripchat models make money?

StripScore is Stripchat’s model ranking system and helps determine where performers appear in the live directory. Stripchat states that revenue per hour is one of the main factors affecting StripScore, while profile quality and viewer engagement can also influence a model’s visibility.
59. Can Stripchat models block countries or regions?
Yes. Stripchat models can block entire countries or specific regions through the Banned Countries settings. However, Stripchat notes that users connecting through a VPN may still be able to access a broadcast.
60. Does Stripchat offer DMCA protection for models?
Yes. Stripchat provides DMCA protection tools for performers whose content is copied or published without permission. Models can submit takedown requests through the DMCA Protection area in their Settings and Privacy menu.
