How Stripchat Pricing Works
Stripchat uses a token-based payment system. Users can browse many public rooms for free, while tokens are used whenever they want to pay for additional interaction or access paid features.
Tokens act as the platform’s virtual currency. Users first purchase a token package and then spend that balance inside live rooms instead of making a separate payment each time they interact with a model.
Inside a live room, tokens can be used in several ways. Visitors can send direct tips, contribute toward room goals, choose actions from a model’s tip menu, control compatible interactive toys, pay for Wheel of Fortune spins, enter ticket shows, and start private or exclusive private sessions.
The amount charged depends on the feature and the individual performer. A tip menu item may cost only a few tokens, while private shows are usually priced per minute and can become much more expensive depending on the model.
Because Stripchat combines free public viewing with optional token spending, users can browse and watch before deciding whether they want to pay for a specific interaction. We explain the different ways tokens can be used in more detail later in this guide.
Stripchat Token Packages
Stripchat sells tokens in several package sizes, allowing users to choose how much they want to spend upfront. Smaller packages are available for users who only want to test paid features, while larger packages provide more tokens and may include displayed savings.
Stripchat offers the following token packages:

- 90 tokens for $9.99
- 200 tokens for $20.99 | Save $1.21

The larger packages were labeled as Ultimate Offers and showed increasing savings compared with buying smaller quantities of tokens. The 2,350-token package displayed the largest savings during our test.
There is no requirement to start with a large package. Users who are new to Stripchat can begin with one of the smaller options to see how quickly they spend tokens before committing to a higher-value purchase.
Because token prices, package sizes, and promotional savings may change over time, users should check the current purchase screen before buying.
Stripchat Discounts & Promotions
Stripchat occasionally runs promotional offers that reduce the cost of selected token packages. These deals can be seasonal or time-limited, so the exact discount and eligible package may change from one promotion to another.
During our test, Stripchat displayed an End of Summer promotion offering 50% off a 200-token package. The regular price of $20.99 was reduced to $10.50, effectively cutting the cost of that package in half.
After opening the offer, the discounted 200-token package appeared alongside the regular token options, showing the original $20.99 price crossed out and the promotional price of $10.50.
The promotion also included a countdown timer, indicating that the offer was available for a limited time. Because Stripchat promotions can change or expire, users should not assume that the same discount will always be available.

Payment Methods on Stripchat
Stripchat supports several payment methods for purchasing tokens, giving users alternatives beyond a standard credit or debit card.
During our test, credit and debit card payments were processed through Paymentico. Stripchat also offered PayPal, with Epoch used as the billing provider for PayPal transactions.
Paysafecard was another available option. This allows users to pay online without using a bank account or credit card, which may be useful for visitors who prefer a prepaid payment method.
Cryptocurrency payments were also available, including USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC, and other supported currencies. During our test, Stripchat provided CoinGate and Paymentico as cryptocurrency billing options.
Available payment methods and billing providers can vary by location or change over time, so users should review the options displayed on the token purchase screen before completing a payment.
What Can You Spend Stripchat Tokens On?
Stripchat tokens can be used across many parts of the platform, from simple tips to private shows and interactive features. Users can browse many public rooms for free and registered users can participate in chat without buying tokens, then choose whether to spend tokens on a specific model or activity.
Stripchat separates performers into several main directories, including Stripchat Models, Stripchat Couples, Stripchat Guys, and Stripchat Trans Models. Paid features can vary from one room to another depending on what the performer offers.
One of the simplest ways to spend tokens is by tipping a model. Performers can create a Tip Menu with specific activities and prices, allowing users to choose an action or send a custom tip amount. In the room shown above, individual menu items ranged from relatively small tips to activities costing hundreds of tokens.
Tokens can also be used to interact with compatible sex toys. When a model has an interactive toy connected, different tip amounts can trigger vibrations or other responses, with the intensity and duration depending on the model’s settings.
Another option is the Wheel of Fortune. Models can create their own wheel with activities or rewards such as kisses, sexy dances, removing clothing, oil shows, and other actions. Users spend the required number of tokens to spin the wheel and receive one of the available results.
Depending on the performer, tokens may also be used for paid videos and other profile content, Fan Club access, ticket shows, room goals, and additional interactive features. Prices are set by individual models, so the cost of the same type of activity can vary considerably from one room to another.
Private and Exclusive Private shows are another major use for tokens and are generally charged by the minute. Because these sessions can represent a much larger expense than individual tips or menu actions, we explain private show pricing separately below.
Stripchat also offers Stripchat VR Cams for users with compatible virtual reality headsets. VR rooms can include live interaction, chat, and private shows while providing a more immersive alternative to standard desktop or mobile viewing.

Stripchat Private Show Prices
Stripchat displays the current private show rate directly below the live stream, making it easy to see the starting price before opening the private show menu. In our low-cost example, the button showed “Private Show 8 tk,” indicating a rate of 8 tokens per minute.
Clicking the private show button opens a pricing window with two options: Private and Exclusive Private. The model sets the rate for each option, and the price can vary considerably from one performer to another.
In one of the lower-priced rooms we tested, a regular Private show started at 8 tokens per minute, while Exclusive Private started at 32 tokens per minute and required a minimum of 2 minutes.
The difference between the two options is not only price. Regular Private shows may allow other users to spy on the session, while Exclusive Private is designed for one-on-one viewing. In our test, Exclusive Private also included Cam2Cam availability and ensured that only the paying user received the recording of the show.
At the higher end, we also found a model charging 120 tokens per minute for Private and 150 tokens per minute for Exclusive Private. Both options required a minimum session length of 10 minutes.
These examples show how widely private show prices can vary across Stripchat. A low-cost model may charge only a few tokens per minute, while more expensive performers can charge well over 100 tokens per minute and may also require a minimum show duration.
Before starting any private session, users should check both the per-minute rate and the minimum time requirement shown in the popup, since those two factors determine the real cost of the show.
How Much Does Stripchat Cost in Real Life?
Once you know the price of Stripchat tokens and the model’s rate, it becomes much easier to estimate what a private show can actually cost in dollars.
For example, the standard 200-token package costs $20.99, which works out to about 10.5 cents per token before any promotions or discounts.
Using the lower-priced model from our test, a Private show at 8 tokens per minute would use 80 tokens over 10 minutes. At the standard 200-token package rate, that works out to roughly $8.40 for the session.
The same model charged 32 tokens per minute for Exclusive Private. A 10-minute session would use 320 tokens, so the cost would depend on which token package the user purchased.
At the higher end, we found a model charging 120 tokens per minute for Private and 150 tokens per minute for Exclusive Private, with a 10-minute minimum. That means the minimum session alone would require 1,200 tokens for Private or 1,500 tokens for Exclusive Private.
Using the larger token packages, those sessions can easily cost more than $100. This shows why the model’s per-minute rate and minimum show duration matter just as much as the price of the tokens themselves.
Promotions can reduce the real cost considerably. During our End of Summer test, for example, Stripchat discounted 200 tokens from $20.99 to $10.50, cutting the effective cost per token in half.
In simple terms, a Stripchat private show can range from less than $10 for a short session with a lower-priced model to well over $100 with a high-rate performer. Always check the per-minute price, minimum duration, and your token balance before starting.
Is Stripchat Expensive?
Stripchat can be relatively affordable for users who spend most of their time in free public rooms and use tokens selectively for tips, small menu actions, or occasional interactive features.
Costs rise much faster with private and Exclusive Private shows, especially when a model charges a high per-minute rate or requires a minimum session length. In our tests, private rates ranged from low single-digit token prices to well over 100 tokens per minute.
Stripchat also makes it possible to browse performers by private show price from the left sidebar. During our test, the Private Shows section included ranges such as 8-12 tokens, 16-24 tokens, 32-60 tokens, and 90+ tokens, making it easier to find models that fit a specific budget.
This is especially useful for users who want to compare private show prices before opening individual rooms, rather than checking each model one by one.
The token packages themselves are reasonably straightforward, and larger packages provide better value than buying small amounts repeatedly. Seasonal promotions can also lower the effective cost per token considerably when they are available.
Overall, Stripchat is not necessarily expensive to browse, but it can become expensive quickly once users begin spending heavily on private shows, interactive toys, tip menus, ticket shows, and other paid features.
How to Control Spending on Stripchat
Because Stripchat uses tokens across many different features, spending can add up quickly if users are not paying attention to rates, tip menus, and session length.
Before starting a Private or Exclusive Private show, always check both the per-minute price and any minimum duration. A model with a higher rate or a 10-minute minimum can use a large number of tokens in a short period of time.
The private show price filters in the left sidebar can also help users stay within a budget by narrowing the model directory to lower token ranges before opening individual rooms.
For tips and interactive features, review the model’s Tip Menu before spending. Some actions cost only a few tokens, while others can require dozens or hundreds of tokens. The same applies to interactive toys, Wheel of Fortune spins, room goals, and ticket shows.
Starting with a smaller token package can be a good way to learn how quickly tokens are used before buying a larger balance. Larger packages may offer better value, but they also make it easier to spend more simply because more tokens are available.
Finally, seasonal promotions can reduce the cost per token, but a discount is only useful if it matches what you were already planning to spend. Checking your remaining token balance and the full cost of an activity before confirming it is the simplest way to avoid surprises.
